As has already been reported today, Linfield FC continues to try and improve the match day experience, atmosphere and surroundings at our home games through increased investment in club signage and other similar related measures.
Another off the field initiative to try and improve the match day experience for our supporters and potential new supporters has been the introduction of a Family section at the corner between the Railway and South Stands at Windsor Park.
This has been a very positive development which has been warmly welcomed by many of our supporters.
The club is keen to progress this initiative and will continue for the foreseeable future with the face painting that has proven popular with young (and older), as can be witnessed in the photos from yesterday's game at Windsor Park.
4 separate youth groups took up the opportunity to attend yesterday's game as part of the popular supervised youth group scheme and the feedback from them and the groups who attended the previous home game against Ards has been overwhelmingly positive.
All available youth group spaces for the upcoming games against Dungannon and Warrenpoint have already been allocated but in the coming weeks the club will invite youth groups to submit applications to attend certain games in the Family section in the January-March period as guests of the club.
