I'm delighted to say that our Linfield FC disability section enjoyed our first training session last night - Wednesday 13th November. The training was held in the Donegall Road Methodist Church from 7-8 for the younger age group and 8-9 for the seniors.
We were delighted with the turn out of players for our first night and we are sure the numbers of participants will start to steadily grow.
All the players were very enthusiastic and were keen to listen and learn. Marty Murphy and his son Brett, Graeme Campbell, our child welfare officer Robin Nelson and myself were all in attendance and were suitably impressed.
This is a great opportunity for more players to come and have some fun, meet new players and be part of Linfield Football Club.
