Abbie scored a hat-trick for Linfield in a 3-1 league win against Mid Ulster at Windsor Park in August 2016, after which the Premier League trophy was presented to the club.

Not even 16, Abbie scored the winning goal at the Kop end of Windsor Park in the final minute of the 2016 Irish Cup Final - a 2-1 win against Cliftonville in September 2016.
