Final delivery of season tickets now received

Posted : 10th November 2017 at 14:47:21

The final batch of over 200 season tickets has now been received from the printers.

The vast majority of these (187) are junior season tickets, with the remainder being a small number of outstanding adult and youth season tickets.

These season tickets are now available for collection from the Linfield office in the Railway Stand.

Prior to making a journey, it may be prudent to check on 02890 244198 that the season ticket is in stock.

Season tickets can only be issued in exchange for the club receipt that was issued at the time of purchase.

It will now no longer be possible to gain admission to home league games on production of club receipts.

From the upcoming home league game against Coleraine on Saturday November 18 onwards, it will only be possible to gain admission to Windsor Park league games, by using a members / season ticket for the current season, or by purchasing an individual match ticket.

It is therefore vital that supporters make every effort to collect these season tickets in advance of next Saturday's home game against Coleraine.

The Linfield office is open weekdays 10am to 4pm excluding lunch of 1pm to 1.30pm.

Arrangements will also be in place for cards to be collected on match day prior to the home game against Coleraine.

A small number of renewal cards from last season remain unpaid for and therefore uncollected.

A significant number of new season tickets ordered since the start of the season remain uncollected. These cards are in every category.

It is vital that ALL so far uncollected season tickets are collected as soon as possible, as with immediate effect now that the ability to gain admission using club receipts has been withdrawn, possession of the season ticket (or match ticket) will be the only way to gain admission to home league games.

In due course, season tickets which have not been collected will be deemed to be not required and the club will therefore cancel these cards from the records.

It is also vital that supporters notify the club if they are in possession of a season ticket in the wrong category so that steps can be taken to rectify this in advance of next season.

Similarly, it is also vital that supporters who will be moving from one category to another (e.g. Adult to senior etc) notify the club in advance of the end of the season, so that steps can be taken to reorder the card in the correct category for next season.

Linfield FC will appreciate the understanding of all supporters with regard to the collection of the remaining season tickets.

Linfield FC has appreciated the patience of our supporters while this matter has been brought to a conclusion.
