The Linfield office in the Railway Stand is open today from 10am until 1pm.
To date, Linfield FC can report a very healthy and positive number of members and season ticket renewals - as well as a highly significant number of brand new season ticket applications.
This large uptake of season tickets is hugely encouraging and it shows the dedication and loyalty of our supporter base across the length and breadth of Northern Ireland.
Several reminders below.
Last season's season ticket will be operational again in the new season, once payment has been made (except for those supporters changing category e.g. Adult to senior).
A new application form is required in all cases, to comply with new data guidelines.
Last season's season ticket remains valid for the opening home league game of the season against Institute on Friday August 10 - in accordance with the club rules.
However, season tickets must be renewed to be valid for the second home game which will be against Ards on Saturday September 1.
In accordance with the club rules, club members have until the end of September to renew their membership or it will be forfeited.
The cut off date for the first order of new / replacement cards passed at the beginning of the week.
An order of close to 300 new / replacement cards is now with the printers. This order is comprised of approximately one third replacement / change of category cards, one third new junior season ticket holders and one third new season ticket holders in other categories.
Linfield FC expects to receive these new cards ahead of the first home game and further details concerning their arrival and collection arrangements will be on Linfieldfc.com in due course.
New / replacement card orders received from Tuesday past until the end of September will be forwarded to the printers in batch 2 at the end of September and those cards will not be with the club until early / mid October.
However, these supporters will be issued with a temporary season ticket which will be operational as a season ticket until the new card has been received from the printer in early / mid October.
To date, around 12 supporters who did not renew last season and whose automatically renewed cards have remained unclaimed / uncollected in the Linfield office have applied for a season ticket for the season ahead. This has meant their uncollected card from last season has been issued and will be operational / valid in the season ahead. This has saved the supporter delay in the receipt of what would have otherwise been a new card order and has also saved the club admin costs.
If there are any other supporters who did not renew last season but who intend to do so this year, can they please make this known ahead of the opening home league game, so we can make available and not delete the uncollected card from last season.
To maintain an up to date and accurate data base of members / season ticket holders, the club will be deleting from club records in the coming weeks a number of uncollected / unpaid for cards from last season, as well as cards which will have been replaced by cards in a different category.
And in accordance with the club rules, season tickets which have not been renewed by the end of August will be deleted from the start of September and Members tickets which have not been renewed by the end of September will be deleted from the club records from the start of October.
Well over half of our membership and season ticket holders have already renewed for the season ahead and then there are returning season ticket holders and new season ticket holders too, to boost the ranks of our season ticket holders.
Linfield FC encourages all other members / season ticket holders to renew ahead of the new season or before imminent deadlines and thereby ensure that their cards are not deleted needlessly and the list of non renewed cards to be automatically deleted from the club's records is kept to an absolute minimum.
Premier seat renewal uptake has been high but five seats remain available, so any supporter wanting to take out a premier seat is asked to contact the club as soon as possible.
