Important season ticket information

An order of 500 new, or change of category season tickets is presently with the printers and the new / replacement cards will not be received in time for Saturday’s game with Ballymena.

These supporters should use their temporary season tickets, or their previous category of season ticket to gain access to Saturday’s game.

The new cards will arrive in time for the upcoming home league game against Carrick Rangers.

A number of new / replacement cards ordered prior to 13 July remain available for collection from the Linfield office.

Linfield FC is intent on maintaining an accurate data base of season ticket holders.

The club has already centrally cancelled a large number of lost or out of date cards for supporters who’ve changed category and collected their new card.

On Wednesday and Thursday of this week, the club will commence and complete the process of centrally cancelling cards which have not been renewed for the current season.

Thankfully, there is not a vast number but sadly, the majority of them are junior season tickets.

This non renewal means that these cards will not be operational at the turnstiles and once cancelled, the cards cannot be reactivated. They will be retained by staff on duty at the turnstiles. The deadline for new season ticket applications has also passed, meaning it will only be possible to buy match tickets.

It means that this afternoon is the final deadline for any supporter still wanting to renew their season ticket from last season, as from tomorrow these cards will be deemed to be no longer required and will be centrally cancelled. Supporters intending to renew are urged to ring the office this afternoon to pay by bank card over the telephone, as otherwise it will not be possible to buy a season ticket until the start of next season.
