Eetu signed for Linfield on loan from St Johnstone on January 31, 2022 until the end of the season,

Debut as sub in 1-0 defeat away to Glentoran on February 11, 2022.

First goals (4) were scored in a 5-0 home win against Dungannon Swifts on March 19, 2022.

Returned to St Johnstone at season end when loan period expired.

Agreed a season long loan to return to the club on June 27, 2022.

Eetu was awarded both the NIFWA Player of the Month and Goal of the Month awards for December 2022.

Leading goal scorer in season 2022-23 with 19 goals

His final appearance was in a 2-0 away league win against Cliftonville on April 29, 2023. His final goal was in a 2-0 home league win against Coleraine on February 25, 2023.

Eetu won a League winners medal in 2021/22 and a League Cup winners medal in 2022/23.

On May 11, 2023 the Club provided confirmation that Eetu was leaving Linfield on the expiry of his loan later that month.
