The NI Executive announced recently that spectators can continue to attend sports events in Northern Ireland

On December 22 the Executive issued guidance to supporters travelling to and from sports fixtures which includes advice not to car share.

Supporters have also been urged to take lateral flow tests beforehand and to wear face coverings at sporting events.

On December 22, the NI Executive also announced various restrictions affecting the hospitality sector in Northern Ireland and as a consequence, this impacts upon Tomorrow’s league game at Windsor Park, as follows.

The following Windsor Park hospitality facilities will unfortunately be closed

- The corporate boxes

- The Tommy Dickson bar / lounge

All supporters are also reminded that there will be no food kiosks open inside the stadium.

Linfield FC regrets the inconvenience that will be caused to supporters due to these unavoidable circumstances, entirely outside of our control.

However, Linfield FC will be pleased to open one of the hospitality lounges for premier seat pass holders only, but only on the very strictly adhered to basis below.

The lounge to be opened will be the Joe Bambrick lounge which is the larger hospitality lounge situated towards the Kop end of the South Stand.

Only 72 premier seat pass holders can be admitted on a first come, first served basis.

Appropriate evidence of Covid status must be provided to gain admission, as is the case in all other hospitality venues in Northern Ireland.

Names will be recorded of premier seat pass holders, on entrance to the lounge.

Premier seat pass holders must sit no more than 6 to a table and drinks will only be ordered by waiter / waitress service.

There will be no option to relocate seats to the windows to watch the game at any stage.

The lounge will be stewarded to ensure compliance with the requirements, as laid down by the NI Executive.

Not all premier seat pass holders can be accommodated in the lounge.

Premier seat pass holders can leave the lounge at any time, to view the game from their premier seat in the South Stand.

Premier seat pass holders are asked respectfully to cooperate with the above which is an improvement and progress on what has been possible in recent weeks.

Premier seat pass holders not able, or not intending to make use of the lounge, will be able to view the game from their premier seat in the South Stand. Premier seat pass holders must bring their premier seat pass, as well as their members, season ticket or match ticket.

Linfield FC looks forward to welcoming supporters to Saturday’s Premiership game at Windsor Park.

All supporters are urged to abide by the advice of the NI Executive and stay safe at these uncertain times.
