Crusaders FC has announced that Jimmy Callacher will be joining the Seaview club when his Linfield contract expires in a few days time.
Jimmy was a hugely popular and influential player who made a major contribution to the success Linfield enjoyed during his 9 year career at the club.
Modest and unassuming Jimmy never sought the limelight that his considerable achievements merited and he bade his personal farewells to many people who were in attendance at the club's recent awards event at the Europa Hotel.
He leaves Linfield with precious memories from his winners' medals (5 Premiership, 2 Irish Cup, 2 League Cup and one County Antrim Shield) across his 368 appearances for the club.
He leaves supporters with countless fond memories and he leaves the club with the very best wishes of everyone at Windsor Park.
