Initial details concerning Saturday’s Windsor Park Premiership game

Posted : 11th October 2020 at 18:41:31

Linfield FC has been in discussions with the relevant authorities regarding admission arrangements for a limited number of supporters to attend Saturday’s Danske Bank NIFL Premiership game against Carrick Rangers at Windsor Park.

This club is aiming to utilise the North Stand (at least) in a socially distant manner to comply with government guidelines.

From tomorrow afternoon, Linfield FC intends to provide the facility for club members / senior members to access / guarantee their match ticket for Saturday’s game via this website.

Members / Senior members who have yet to pay to renew their 2020/21 membership are encouraged to do so, as soon as possible.

Members are encouraged to claim their match ticket for Saturday’s game before Wednesday evening.

From Wednesday evening at the earliest, remaining match tickets that have been unclaimed by club members / senior members will be made available for purchase to season ticket holders who’ve registered on the club’s new online data base.

This club will not be able to accommodate the numbers who in ‘normal’ circumstances would wish to attend this game.

To attempt to make up for some of this disappointment to many of our loyal supporters, Linfield FC is at an advanced stage in negotiations for this game to be live streamed on a pay per view basis - a partnership between Linfield tv and a broadcast provider including full match commentary.

Fuller details on all these matters will be provided on Linfieldfc.com during the course of the week ahead.
